Kurt Winters, President of Texas Environmental Site Assessments, LLC (TEXESA), is a graduate of Purdue University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in geology. Mr. Winters has been in the environmental consulting business since 1987 and has conducted over a 1,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.  Mr. Winters represented FirstSearch Environmental Information (FirstSearch) from May of 2009 until the sale of FirstSearch in January of 2013. 

Mr. Winters has been employed by several environmental consulting firms before establishing TEXESA in January of 2009.  Mr. Winters background as an environmental consultant allows him to relate to the needs of his clients.  As such, it has become the goal of TEXESA to provide environmental consultants with a straight forward approach to assisting their environmental due diligence requirements.
